💊 What Each Ingredient Does

Tadala*** 20 mg (Cia***): Longer acting, with effects that can persist for up to about 36 hours.

Sildena***50 mg (Viag**): Shorter acting, generally providing its main effect for roughly 4–5 hours.

Together, the combination is intended to provide a faster-onset effect from sildena*** plus the longer-lasting window associated with tadala***. However, combining them isn’t standard first-line ED treatment and can produce additive side effects.

⚠️ Important Safety Considerations

Because 20 mg tadala*** and 50 mg sildena*** are each substantial ED doses on their own, taking them together can increase the likelihood of headache, flushing, dizziness, low blood pressure, nasal congestion, indigestion, visual disturbances and prolonged erection (priapism).

They should not be combined with nitrates such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide because blood pressure can fall dangerously low. Extra caution is also necessary with some alpha-blockers and cardiovascular conditions.

An erection lasting 4 hours or longer requires emergency medical attention.
