Frequently Asked Questions
What forms of payment are accepted?
We currently accept Email Transfer (e-Transfer) as our primary payment method.
We also accept cryptocurrency payments upon request. To arrange a crypto payment, please contact us by email for our wallet address. We currently accept:
Bitcoin (BTC)
Ethereum (ETH)
USDC

Why don’t you accept credit cards or PayPal?
Research peptides are classified as restricted products, and as a result, most credit card processors and payment providers such as PayPal prohibit transactions involving these products.
Some websites using platforms such as Shopify may temporarily appear to accept credit cards or PayPal by bypassing these restrictions. However, these payment accounts are often frozen or terminated once identified by the payment providers.
To ensure long-term stability and uninterrupted service, we only offer payment methods that comply with current processing policies.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Our goal is to have all orders shipped within 2 business days, although most orders are typically shipped the same day or next business day.

What shipping methods do you use?
We currently ship using Canada Post for standard deliveries across Canada.
In the event of a Canada Post strike or service disruption, an alternative courier will be used.
We also offer:
Purolator Express (Preferred)
UPS Express
Please note:
Orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise requested.
If you choose to waive the signature requirement, Canada Post insurance coverage is limited to $199.
By selecting the “No Signature Required” option, the customer assumes responsibility for any loss or damage exceeding the insured amount.

What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping via Canada Post is a flat rate of $25
Orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping
The free shipping option must be selected at checkout
Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $45

Do you ship outside of Canada?
No. At this time, we only ship within Canada.

Do you offer price matching?
Yes. We will match prices from domestic suppliers that provide:
Legitimate and recent third-party lab testing
Company name verification
COA authentication information publicly posted on their website
To request a price match, please email:
[email protected]
Include:
A link to the competitor’s advertised price
Relevant product information
Please note:
Clearance items and peptide supplies (syringes, etc.) are excluded
Price-matched orders are not eligible for additional discount codes
Once approved, an updated order summary will be emailed to you before payment is submitted

Why do you charge taxes when some other websites do not?
We are a registered business in Ontario with a registered HST account through the CRA. As a result, we are legally required to collect and remit applicable taxes on all qualifying sales.

Peptide Frequently Asked Questions

Are your peptides in liquid form?

No. Our peptides are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form and must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water prior to use.

Certain peptides, such as AOD-9604, may require the use of acetic acid to fully dissolve the peptide during reconstitution.

How do I know how much bacteriostatic water to add?

Dosing protocols and reconstitution methods can be found through various online educational resources.

We recommend using a peptide reconstitution calculator to determine the appropriate amount of bacteriostatic water to add based on your desired dosing concentration and syringe capacity.

For example, most users prefer concentrations that do not require filling an entire 1 mL insulin syringe for a single injection.

Please note:

  • 1 mL = 100 units on an insulin syringe
  • 1 mL = 1000 mcg

A dosing calculator can be found here:
Reconsitution Calculator

How should reconstituted peptides be stored?

Reconstituted peptides should be stored in a refrigerator immediately after mixing.

For best stability and integrity:

  • Recommended use within 30 days
  • Many peptides may remain stable for 60 days or longer before noticeable degradation begins

Storage conditions and peptide stability may vary depending on the specific compound.

Do you provide lab reports for your peptides?

Yes. Lab reports and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on the individual product pages under the additional images section.

We also maintain a dedicated Lab Authentication Page where all available testing results are compiled for convenient viewing.

Who performs your peptide testing?

Our products are tested by independent third-party laboratories including:

  • Freedom Diagnostics
  • Janoshik Labs
  • Vanguard Laboratory
  • Testides Lab

Some products that cannot be tested by one laboratory may be tested through another depending on testing capabilities and methodologies.

Our updated Lab Authentication Page is available here:

Where are your products produced?

Our manufacturing partners are located overseas.

Why are your products not manufactured in Canada?

Peptides are generally not manufactured domestically at commercially competitive prices.

Companies claiming to manufacture peptides entirely within Canada are typically importing raw materials from overseas and performing final packaging domestically.

Why does the powder puck in the vial appear broken?

During shipping and handling, the lyophilized powder puck may become dislodged or fragmented inside the vial.

This is normal and does not affect product quality or performance. Simply reconstitute the peptide as usual.

Why does the 20 mg vial look the same size as the 10 mg vial?

The size of the lyophilized puck does not directly indicate the amount of active peptide contained in the vial.

In addition to the peptide itself, vials may contain fillers or stabilizing agents that affect puck size and appearance.

For example:

  • Retatrutide 10 mg and 20 mg may appear visually similar
  • However, independent testing confirms that the actual peptide content matches the labeled dosage

Images and test results demonstrating this can be found within our lab reports.

Why does my peptide appear cloudy after reconstitution?

Some peptides may appear cloudy after reconstitution depending on:

  • The peptide compound
  • Mixing method
  • Temperature
  • Solvent used

Why is my cap colour different from the product photo or COA?

Large production orders are often split into multiple shipments, and manufacturers may use different cap colours between production batches based on material availability.

As a result, the cap colour on your vial may differ slightly from product photos or previously posted COAs.

Why did the metal cap tear when removing the plastic top?

Certain translucent plastic caps may grip the aluminum seal more tightly, particularly on bronze-coloured metal seals.

To minimize tearing:

  • Remove the cap slowly
  • Gently pull side-to-side rather than straight upward

This is a cosmetic issue only and does not affect the integrity of the vial contents.
